Their BBQ chicken is the best! It's the sauce! The G-pans came with fries and biscuits. I bought enough to feed several hungry kids. We what a tasty treat!
I visited for the first time and I can confidently say that I was thoroughly pleased. It surpassed Wiley's, which is my favorite! The chicken was excellent, but the ribs were even better! Thank you, everyone—I will definitely return!
Wanted some mild sauce real bad, was told to come here! Some of the reviews made me skeptical but I’m glad I went! Everything was good, the sauce is good I asked for extra and I love crinkle cut fries! I normally just swear by Uncle Remus but this is my new “Go to!”
I visited this restaurant for the first time after my mom highly recommended it, so I decided to check it out while I was in Chicago. The food was good, but I think it would have been even better if it had been served hotter. They were very generous with the sauce, which I appreciated. The fries were tasty, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned! However, I had a disappointing experience with the dessert. I ordered a slice of what was supposed to be caramel cake, but it looked and tasted off, possibly because it had been sitting out too long. I wanted to give it a chance, but after tasting it, I felt really nauseous and almost vomited. I had to grab a Sprite to settle my stomach. The counter staff was okay—not particularly friendly or unfriendly; they just seemed busy. Aside from the cake issue, I would be willing to give this place another try.
