Contribute FeedbackOverall, Reina offers a mixed experience for diners. While some enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service, others were highly disappointed with slow and uneven service. The unique food combinations and flavors, as well as the option for outside seating, were highlights for many guests. However, issues with cold coffee, slow service, and incorrect menu items left some patrons feeling dissatisfied. The ambiance of the restaurant, with lovely gardens and people-watching opportunities, was enjoyed by most diners. Despite some drawbacks, Reina seems to be a popular choice for those looking for a unique dining experience in Frederic.
Best service amazing view plain and simple simple amazing!
Made a reservation as a birthday surprise for my husband. When we got there, no one was at the door to greet, seat us or check us in for the reservation. We had to walk over the bar and the kind man working behind the bar promised to find a seat for us as soon as he could (was there alone and the only one who could take food and drink orders). There were already about 10 tables with guests and some sitting at the bar that this one bartender was trying to serve. The establishment was supposed to be having a happy hour from 5-7. We arrived at 615. No mention of the happy hour drinks were made at all, and it was no where on the drinks menu. Service was understandably a little slow and inattentive, but the bartender was doing his best, being the only one who could take orders. Drinks were good, food was average, we won't be back.
All sushi menu, but overall decent. The views were beautiful and our server was awesome!
Great sushi great service great river views. Piped in music is on loud side…. Only drawback.
Great first experience and will come back again love the vibe and view
