Qortoba Cafe - Chicago

This place is a gem just down the street from my apartment. I had the bacon, egg, cheese with the homemade hash brown. Both were delicious. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with the olive oil cake slice. Go to this cute place for Saturday or Sunday breakfast/brunch.

I normally love Doma! The breakfast coffee is wonderful. Eggs are some of the best in the city every drink I have had is top tier. But this last time I came in for lunch I was greatly dissatisfied. I have been on the hunt for a good, wholesome chicken noodle soup so decided to stop in try it here... it was awful. There was no chicken or noodles, it was just chicken bones, celery carrots in some broth that could only be described as warm salt water. Do yourself a favor stick to the breakfast staples make your chicken noodle soup at home.

Ambiance is lovely and trendy. Yummy pastries and drinks but my favorite is the cevapi ! Service is fast as well.

Good sandwich, but charging $10 plus a 15% service charge on CARRY OUT for 1pc of bacon cut in half is not worth.

Food was good but i never need to eat it again type good. The secret hot sauce was the highlight. I was told tip was included in my cost at the register.. weird how tips are optional yet they automatically charge it… and don’t even tell you how much they are charging you… overall food was good but not for the price.
