Description

Nestled in Printer's Row, this tiny roastery-focused café serves smooth, creatively flavored espresso and seasonal lattes made with house-roasted beans and housemade syrups. Friendly, fast service and weekend pastries (including Dan the Baker pop-ups) make it a delightful grab-and-go stop. The shop is cozy and charming but very small—ideal for commuters and pastry lovers rather than long work sessions. Persistent COVID-era barriers and strict safety protocols can make interactions feel awkward for some.

Asked for a hot drink. NOT hot at all. Staff seemed like they tired and not wanna be there. Customer Service now adays has completely disappeared. If I had a biz I would tell the staff to always smile, be polite and interact with your customers. Well my family did have one and that was a huge thing for my mother as the owner. Great customer service goes a long way. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Printer's row coffee co. has a very relaxing vibe to it and the coffees they serve are extremely delicious. I spilled my coffee on a table outside the cafe and came back immediately for another. The barista realized that and gave me another for free. So generous! I am going to go there every time I go to Chicago and you make it a point to go there too!

The service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. However, the space is a bit small for working, although there are a few tables available.

The drinks here are always excellent, and my current favorite is the lavender matcha. They consistently offer the best seasonal syrups. My only suggestion is that they could improve by having more pastries or a wider selection.
