If you're familiar with Potbelly, then you'll know what to expect here. The restaurant is able to handle the lunch rush well and offers plenty of seating. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal alone or with a friend or two while possibly getting some work done. The food at this Potbelly location is just as good as any other, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. There are a few rude employees, especially one in particular, and it seems to negatively impact the atmosphere for others. This is a fantastic spot to stop by for a half and half sandwich. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - if you ask for a recommendation, they will likely suggest a delicious option for you.
