They made my sandwich then when I asked for the 2nd sandwich (BOGO) they informed me I had to place the order online. I did as they requested and they told me I had to wait. They had literally just made the sandwich when I was in line. I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund called the police! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I inquired about how much extra speck would cost, the employee replied, "I don't know," and then asked if I still wanted it. I ordered a skinny sandwich but ended up getting a regular one instead. They even asked me if I wanted a regular when I had clearly requested a skinny. To top it off, my sandwich wasn't even cut in half, and the vegetables were haphazardly thrown in, with large chunks that made it difficult to eat. It felt like the staff was miserable and didn't care about their work; they spent most of their time in the back. I also noticed a customer getting hired right after she finished her prayer, which seemed quite odd to me. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

I have given them numerous attempts to get my salat right, but consistently have brown/slimy salate, mold tomato or fat/underboiled huh. today I picked up my order and it had spoiled salat. When they re-enacted the salat for me, we sent ourselves home with pampered dressing, so we had to go back to show her. they don't care about their food quality at all and I gave them too many chances. buyers are looking for spoiled food when they visit this shop.
