Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicago

My meal was prepared using their app, and I was given a pickup time of 11:05 AM. However, when I arrived, my order wasn't ready, and I was asked to wait for my food. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, which made me late for my lunch break. To make matters worse, they were about to give my order to another customer. I do not recommend this place; the service is slow, and it seems that there are no management skills in place. There was also a complete lack of customer service.

I didn't order the larger special, and they wouldn't allow me to make an exchange. I ended up spending the same amount of money but received only half the portion.

The food is always good, but it's not always possible to get exactly what you want.

Hate this place absolutely! the customer service is terrible and the waiting time is laughing. (even if there is no line.) order online, waited 20-25 minutes before I even went to get it. have been said there and that the huh would not be done for another 20 minutes. there is no line in the inner or the drive thru. what is it fixed in even that it has worked?

No pickles, no sauce, not even aluminum bags for the sandwiches. I wish I took a picture of how my food was given to me. TRASH.... they need some help in there.
