Ordered for lunch our usual order half veggie and half Hawaiian pizza. The pizza came in with half veggie pizza on top Hawaiian pizza (same side of the pizza) the other half just cheese. Called to let them know my order was wrong and the same lady who took the order said that’s the way I ordered (super rude). Pizza was delicious! And lady was so nice, I was short on 2 bucks and she let me pay the rest without worrying about it! She was super nice and kind too! Definitely recommend. Will for sure be coming back!

Potential customers be aware very poor customer service.
They messed up my whole order and got rude with me when I called to let them know and wouldn't do anything about it and I order from there all the time when I get pizza dont think I will be getting food from there ever again
Johanna is so awesome! She's always so sweet every time I go. Literally only come to this Pizza Nova because of her. Thanks for being so amazing!
Inexpensive cheese, soggy fries, and average pizza. There’s no public restroom available for diners. The service leaves much to be desired.
