The best burger I've had in a long time! I appreciate any bar that carries Hamm's, so bonus points. It was just really dark in there.
Good was delicious (the burger especially), drinks were pretty strong but tasty. Staff was nice and atmosphere was good for a Saturday afternoon.
Restaurant was short staffed so there were no seating options and the manager was not flexible. Atmosphere is vibrant. The food I had was average.
The fish tacos were cooked perfectly, with a light breading, and the slaw that came with them was tasty as well. However, the cauliflower and sweet potato were lacking in flavor and seasoning. The sweet corn tamales were almost like a dessert, and I was tempted to order a second but refrained. I also treated myself to the Crepas. Although the crepes were thicker than expected, more like folded pancakes, the pecans and sauce were delicious. Overall, it was a worthwhile indulgence. The server was attentive without being intrusive, and the bar had a lively atmosphere.
Pilsen Yards was a fun place. Food was very good. I'd recommend the tamales or nachos.
