The prices are b... read more The food is great, it's larger portions of dim sum then you get in the western suburbs at MingHin in Naperville. (My go to dim sum in suburbs). The prices are better as well. I just don't like the hour drive into the city to get dim sum. But the food is worth it. We went to Phoenix dim sum on Archer. As I said the food is great. The service is not so great and the cleanliness is really awful. The chair covers are filthy. The bathrooms are filthy, The dish stations are filthy. The waiters ignored us and didn't check back after we got our order. They said if you pay cash you get 20 off your food bill during lunch. We gave cash and only got 13, off. So we took the difference off the tip. In the future I will try some of the newer restaurants across the street as they are not the only dim sum restaurant in Chinatown. I just hope I don't get sick because the restaurant was filthy.
