Unfortunately, my enthusiasm waned quickly when I received a cup overflowing with ice, resulting in only half a cup of actual coffee. I finished it in just three gulps, feeling unsatisfied and questioning the value of my purchase. Wanting to give Phở Năm Lúa another chance, I returned today and specifically requested less ice. Sadly, their response was disappointing; they served me a cup with barely half the desired amount. When I politely asked for it to be topped up, my request was denied, making me feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. These ongoing issues with coffee service have led me to believe that Phở Năm Lúa may not be the right place for me. It’s disheartening to face such inconsistency and a lack of willingness to meet simple customer requests. While I still appreciate the taste of their coffee, the disappointing portion sizes and the refusal to accommodate my request have diminished my trust in the overall experience. Consequently, I’m hesitant to continue patronizing Phở Năm Lúa in the future. I truly hope that Phở Năm Lúa takes this feedback seriously and works on these issues to provide a more consistent and customer-oriented coffee service. Improving portion sizes and being more responsive to customer requests would significantly enhance the dining experience. Until changes are made, I will be looking for other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and consistency.

Perhaps there's a new chef? We've been loyal customers since they opened and never considered going anywhere else for pho because their broth was exceptional and the portions were generous. However, our recent visits have all been disappointing, with dishes being overly salty, noodles overcooked, and the service lacking. It's really sad, but now we need to look for a new place.

Only one person spoke English which made it hard to make customizations to your order and even though we were there around 7:40 pm, they didn’t have cilantro, green onion and meatballs, but they still charged the full price even though the pho was missing some key ingred … – show

Food was hot and tasty; unfortunately, they served it in very flimsy/cheap paper plates. Service was decent too. Huge portions of food, so be prepared to take some home with you! Pricing was decent too. Just be aware, it's a small place, and the tables fill up fast.
