From the moment you walk into the door there is a warmth that over comes you. The staffs customer service is off the chain? Usually when you go to a restaurant everyone is worried about working their stations but here everyone fallsover each other to make sure that you have what you need?. The Food?. Oh My God is Simply to Die For!!!! The portion sizes aregreat? We will be back and definitely will refer others!!!!????????????

The food is excellent, and the servic... read more It's my third day in Chicago on my first trip, and this is my first restaurant outside of downtown. It did NOT disappoint! The food is excellent, and the service is just as great. The peach coffee is particularly delicious, and I really enjoyed their peach palmer. I tried both the French toast and pancakes with their signature peach compote, as well as the fried catfish fillet, eggs, and grits. Everything was fantastic!

If you like fillers added to your croquet you'll like it. I'm use to all salmon with a little onion and bell pepper for flavor. Definitely had to get a slice of caramel cake to go!

Our table struck up conversations with others nearby, and we even shared some food since we ordered too many fried donuts (which are a must-try!). I loved the peach coffee; it may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for me. The fried donuts truly stole the show—perfectly fried, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I also ordered the southern biscuits, my usual choice, and they did not disappoint. I'm definitely planning to return!

I ordered the hangover plate, and it was such a delightful experience that I felt like my head was about to explode—not from a hangover, but from the incredible flavors of the dish. It was like fireworks in my brain! They also offer peach coffee, which is outstanding, and the peach cobbler is exceptional.
