My favorite restaurant for Vietnamese food in Chicago! They have a variety of options on the menu and their servers are very knowledgeable.
We decided to have dinner before the play at Jackalope Theatre at the Broadway ArmoryAnd we have enjoyed Pasteur a few times in the past.
Going to Pasteur for dinner was a very random decision, and one I'm very glad we made! We went here for an impromptu date night.
The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful.
Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
