Some dishes were enjoyable, but others missed the mark. The lamb ragu had very little lamb in it, and the short rib was just average. As a group of four, we only received three leaves for wraps and just three pickles. Considering the prices, I had expected a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
I sampled four different dishes, and the tteokbokki with lamb ragu was so delicious that I nearly ordered a second helping. The cantuccini, which is basically a refined version of biscotti, didn't quite meet my expectations. On the other hand, the scallops and butternut squash were outstanding. I also enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere, and my server was very friendly.
I love this restaurant’s unique take on Korean cuisine. We sampled several small plates along with a board of short ribs served with rice and a variety of delicious accompaniments, including incredible kimchi. The decor was playful and a bit kitschy, and the service was outstanding.
Every dish we tried at Passerotto was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were perfect for sampling a variety of items from the menu. Although the soondubu is recommended for two people, since we ordered several smaller plates, all four of us shared that dish as well. They provided four bowls of rice, and we were all very satisfied. While we might have preferred a bit more spice, that’s just a matter of personal taste. The flavor balance in every dish was spot on. I will definitely return. Dining with at least four people was fantastic because it allowed us to enjoy a wide selection from the menu.
Delicious dinner served in a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The food is creative yet approachable. The open layout keeps the space lively without being noisy or overcrowded. Plus, complimentary tampons in the restroom—a thoughtful touch that makes it a truly woman-friendly spot.
