Happy hour deals and attentive servers like Ashley G. were highlights for some guests. The brunch menu and bottomless mimosas were praised, making it a great spot to watch games and enjoy a lively atmosphere. Despite some reservations and mixed reviews, Parlay seems to offer something for everyone, whether you're looking for a sports bar or a club-like experience.
Had reservations for 5pm ish on a Friday during the first round of March Madness. This is not a sports bar. They had a DJ with music so loud you couldn't talk or watch a game. It was awful. When UofI came on the DJ would stop during gameplay and start right back up as soon as it went to commercials. This is not a sports bar. It's a club with TV's. Don't go here if you want to enjoy a game with friends.
As I waited outside trying to hail a cab for my intoxicated friend, a group of young men catcalled us, harassed us, called me derogatory names, and even followed us down the street. It seemed as though they were trying to make up for something... perhaps a lack of self-confidence?
I recently tried the happy hour menu at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sliders and wings were! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was lively and fun!
Nice energetic atmosphere with a good bottomless brunch. I would suggest coming with a group and enjoying some sports! Friendly staff, and very hospitable!
If you’re thinking of mimosas and good food on a Saturday morning. Parlay might just have to be your best bet! Perfect location to come in after Friday night hangs and just enjoy company with friends. Did I mention the mimosas are bottomless? Sports Brunch enthusiasts you’ll love this place.
