I... read more I had to stay near Northwestern hospital for my daughters major surgery. I was hungry so went to Panera and decided to get a pizza flat bread margarita pizza. It was so good, nice and warm. The service lady was very busy as it was late but still got my food. I would recommend Panera anytime.

The chic... read more I ordered from Panera for the first time today. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad for $12.99. Very disappointed. My full salad bowl was filled half way. The chicken was cold…very cold. I had a ton of croutons. With a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. And my dressing was not enough for even half the bowl. I tried it, and will not return. Maybe their sandwiches are good, but at this point, I don’t even want to give that a try.

I?m Laura and my Dad has infusion treatments monthly at Northwestern Hospital and Eva is always beyond kind to my Dad and Mom and myself it makes my family feel that heading to the hospital can be happy and Eva and Panera really playa unique and important role to us. My Dad who is doing really well now had been hospitalized for 4 weeks in 2021 and we wereeven getting coffee on Eva?s first day, met her then and even now she continues to greet us all and is just professional yetpersonable and so positive. I see her interacting with many other customers as well so I know this is her her approach. Youhave a great ambassador in Eva and we are grateful for her. Thank you the Schwartz?s

If you have kiosks for people to order then you should make sure the back room preparing the order receivedthe order!! Several people at this location waiting for as long as 45 minutes for an order because they claim never getting it.What happened to Panera?
