My small order, which consisted of just a half sandwich and a cup of soup, took 25 minutes to prepare. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so now I have to rush my meal. This was a complete waste of my time, and the service was lacking with no apologies offered. It seems customers are just expected to accept the long wait. It was a Sunday, and it wasn't even busy!
