I never had a problem with this panera twog; it is actually one of my favorites for how consistent they are with their service! it could be cleaner, crumbs and... read more I never had a problem with this panera twog; it is actually one of my favorites for how consistent they are with their service! it could be cleaner, crumbs and fogs are sometimes left on tables or seen on the floor, but the staff is super busy and often it is the customers who no longer keep clean. the seating, indoor and outdoor areas, are plentiful and usually have sockets for us who sometimes work there in the morning. the bathroom is also quite clean. the best part is how consistent this is to eat; no problems ever with my order or taste so far. friendly staff and always fast, with several ordering methods today.

They... read more Ordered here recently using the Panera app for delivery. Thoroughly disappointed in the product and price. $66 for two sandwiches, two soups, and cookies. They botched the order. I complained via the app but no response from them. For the prices they charge, you'd think they would deliver the product that was ordered. I have been to this location many times but this is the last time. No response from Panera is disappointing.

The salad was alrigh... read more I ordered the Citrus Crispy Chicken salad, without the chicken, and had it swapped for Avocado. Also got the Autumn Squash soup with chips. The salad was alright (lettuce, avocado, crispy pieces, almonds, dressing), so nothing special or unique. The soup was amazing, however, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely get the soup.
