Description

This Panda Express location offers an uneven dining experience. While some patrons rave about the friendly staff, particularly the efficient manager who ensures a lively atmosphere, others report significant concerns over cleanliness and food quality. Complaints include unsanitary practices, dry food, and unappetizing portions, with one diner even discovering a hair in their meal. Despite the low prices that appeal to budget-conscious customers, the overall management seems chaotic, leaving many to question whether a revisit is worth the risk. While some find value in the comfort of familiar dishes, others are left disappointed.

The service was confused about our orders, and when I was advised to wash my hands after touching my nose, the staff's attitude was not pleasant when I asked for the restroom code.

Went in on busy night, employees were clearly trying hard to keep up with demand. Whoever was managing the line was prioritizing mobile orders over people inside. He had whole trays with hot food that he refused let be serve to customers buying until the mobile orders were filled, made me and another person in front of me wait 15 minutes before even being acknowledged after which he said it would 15-20 minutes before we could get our food when a full tray of every item was right in front of us. There was easily 6-8 individuals already waiting in the dining area as well who all looked equally frustrated. Refused to be part of the nonsense and went to Portillos.

I don't visit this restaurant frequently, but when I do, the service is excellent. The food is delicious!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The portion sizes were quite small for the price, making it feel quite costly. I would recommend opting for a buffet instead, where you can get more value for your money.
