I had a blonde ale that was deli... read more I'm not usually a big fan of beer, but I had been wanting to try Open Outcey since it opened. Let me just say—it was fantastic! I had a blonde ale that was delicious. We started with the pretzels, which came with a smoky and flavorful Gouda cheese sauce. The pesto added a nice touch to the pretzel, which was just the right amount of salty. The last dipping sauce was locally sourced honey—wow! Now, for the burger: it had homemade BBQ sauce and cheese curds on top of a fantastic burger, all sandwiched between a brioche bun. The flavors blended perfectly. My wife has celiac disease, and they serve a great gluten-free pizza. We will definitely be back!
