Offshore Rooftop - Chicago

Our server was horrible and gave herself auto-gratuity of 18%. We were a two top that came in at 7:30 PM, it was not that busy. She came to the table twice the entire time. We had to flag her down after waiting nearly 30 minutes to locate her. The views are great I would consider going back again for a drink at the bar but wouldn’t eat there again. My friend and I both used to be servers bartenders, we get it can get busy certainly would have understood if we were a larger party. But we likely would have tipped 18% still, just disappointed in her using auto gratuity to cover her incredibly poor service.

We had excellent service from our waiter Victor, who was very attentive, and the food was delicious.

Everything was wonderful except the restaurant should not say it had valet when it doesn’t. The valet belongs to the hotel and the hotel said they were not valeting anymore for offshore today. The blessing is that the east garage is right adjacent to the building. Overall wonderful time!

This restaurant is a perfect spot to relax and savor some delicious and straightforward dishes.

The server was not very friendly and lacked warm hospitality. The truffle fries were served cold and the drinks were disappointing. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.
