Book the architecture cruise to celebrate our 24th anniversary. On board we were led to our table decorated with a rose-blooded heart that was a beautiful touch. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the architectural comment was both informative and humorous. We had a wonderful time and felt very special. 100% recommend this cruise!!! What User doesn't like about Odyssey Cruises Chicago River:
It’s worth noting that their website takes bookings through third-party providers like OpenTable. When I spoke to their representatives, they seemed unable to address the issue and claimed it was beyond their control. This is not how good customer service operates. Honestly, if it weren't for the wonderful staff member that night, it would have been a completely disastrous experience. While the view was nice, the foo... View all feedback.
Very good time. Food and service were amazing. We'd be back.
We had our wedding reception on the Odyssey Chicago River and they completed exceeded my expectations. The service, food, décor set up, ambiance, and overall execution of our plan was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more unique and funvenue that our guests will never forget.
They do not make them up or not publish them! it is not booked! I have a reservation about opentable on 1/2/20 for 4 people to dine 1/25/20. I have provided my credit card during booking and received a confirmation email as well as a reminder email on the day before. this was to celebrate the 60th birthday of my mother and the 65th birthday of my father (their birthdays are 10 days apart.) my elders drove an hour into the city of the suburbs and my friend flew from san francisco to celebrate with us. half an hour before boarding we go to us and found that they did not have our reservation. I showed them my confirmation emails from open table and they were still not able to find my reservation. I was as upgraded as it was for my parent birthday and my friend had spent a lot of money to celebrate here in the night. the tickets were completely sold out so we could not go on the cruise and due to the restaurant week, most restaurants in the city were fully booked. my elders went home without dinner and my friend went to the next morning. extremely disappointed.
We start with this company it has to get administrative team on the same page. I have booked a reservation two weeks ago and how someone else had checked, we show up and they have no information about my reservation. terrible customer service, I was on the phone with their so-called “customer repairs” to delete the chaos while waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes, literally had the laugh on the phone to me, just tied up. if it wasn't for the wonderful girl at the theke who got us on the boat, my jubilee would have been ruined. no book drough their website, the website itself books by third-party (opentable yet, if on the phone with their respectful reperts I try, the website automatically took me there and it was not in my control, I’m fault!” that is not how good the customer service works, and honestly said if it wasn’t for the wonderful subscriber who night would have been completely filled. odyssey brings you together! Maybe it can fix the website, but not fix its customer service! never important and would never recommend to anyone! besides the night was eating mediocre (not the expected five stars meal with this type of buck spent, the dj was the only good thing of the entire experience.
On Saturday, 14 september, we have reserved our 10th anniversary opentable. we were obliged to place a credit card for the reservation and received a confirmation email from our reservation, and confirmed our reservation on the day before by e-mail. accepted, based on the information we had a reservation. arrival at check-in to get our tickets, and we were informed by odyssey that we did not book a reservation, although they prove to our reservation. they told us it was a problem with opentable. I was on the phone with opentable and they told us it was a problem with odyssey. finger on both sides, but either we could not get on the boat because odyssey could not take us on our tenth high-time celebration. try to make other reservations on opentable, but was not able to make a reservation because opentable said that dinner on odyssey cruises. after the transition with opentable was the only comfort they could give us to assign us 1000 points on my account. thank you. obviously frustrating experience and a complete disappointment/disaster. will not recommend odyssey to everyone and think resy is likely to be a better option for opentable to make reservations forward.
