My open table reservation was not honored although I received an email from open table that confirmed the reservation and the reservation appeared on my app. hostess said she didn't have the reservation. very aggravating as we were left with wearing a bottle of wine (this place is byob) and we had to try to find another place to eat in the last minute on a Saturday night. we have eaten some other paints here and eating is okay, so we thought we would try again.

That was an interesting experience. my wife and I met 3 more couples to eat a bite before a 20 o'clock concert at a venue about 10 minutes away. we met at 18 o'clock and thought we had a lot of time. in the future, I should have known that something was strange when we showed our table quite burially and warned not to lay our dumbbells on our chairs, we can stack them on the stand as sitting along the wall or use the coat room (not a problem, but a strange aggressive way to do it. in the meantime everyone arrived at 6:15 o'clock, but I don't think we even had menus at 6:35. they are byob, so we were weining, but when I tried to pour some water out of a pitcher, they brought on the table, I was praised and said they would take care of it. in the meantime we were mostly ignored. Finally they took an appetizer, but also then we were ignored and not given a chance to order our main course for a long time (please excuse us that we are going to a concert. Moreover, 2 large menu items were not available (for a 6 pm Saturday afternoon meal, which seemed very strange . the eating itself was good, but we had to eat only to eat from there at 8:10 or so (we were a bit late to show. it seemed like there was no special waitress assigned to us. we would finally order and another waitress would come after us if we had ordered us. a strange experience. I might try again, but not with a big group and not if I'm in a hurry, because I like big groups for Greek eating.
