Talk about a hidden gem. We literally fly to Chicago just to have sushi here. There is no comparison to the quality of the fish and rice. Would recommend the special salmon roll and the shrimp togarashi in particular, but all the sushi options were solid. My only gripes were that it wasn't a very good value/price ratio (especially with ACYE Sushi Taku nearby), and it took forever to get our food.
I just picked up the food got home opened it there was a hair in the food I asked for another one he told me he just Close the kitchen and that they’re closing early highly disappointed
One of the best sushi restaurants in the country. Not only is everything on the menu fantastic, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, offering suggestions on dishes, sake pairing and even omakse. You are paying for world class sushi, good luck finding anything else like this stateside.
Amazing sushi!! Highly recommend.
