Was M M at MingHin a mag?

Went on a Saturday night was a pretty long wait to get a table which to me is just the sign of a great restaurant. I ordered multiple items off the dim sum menu. Most were great, some better than others. I think I made a mistake however not ordering an entree as I saw many amazing looking ones coming to other tables. The shrimp looked amazing!!! If I could give this review 6 stars I would. It was hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had in my life surpassing Dragon Palace of Greenfield,IN. The the pork and shrimp dumplings are to die for. Everything top notch quality. Words can't describe how delicious and top notch quality this place serves up!

I hate Chinese food buffets, the food is very grease but Ming Hin Cuisine change my mind about Chinese food, believe me this is a very good Chinese food. Excelent service, reasonable prices. I’ll come back.

Absolutely loved the food and service. Our server was outstanding we had a group of vegetarians he explained some of the sauces co rained oyster and had them adjusted to fit their needs. Food was unique not typical Chinese fair. We went crazy over the cucumber appetizer. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Every time I go to Chicago I visit this place for whatever reason, and have been doing so for the past 6 years. Honestly from a food flavor standpoint, I do not think it has the best dim sum in the area, especially if you choose the wrong thing. The chicken feet and the shrimp dumplings whichever kind I think are always great. The baked creamy egg yolk bun 金酥流沙包 I will get every time. The sweet egg pastry 金黄蛋散 unfortunately I will not get again. Food-aside, the place is super accessible and huge, which explains its popularity. Dim sum is served at a very efficient manner, and over the years they continue to try to improve their menu by adding innovative items or expanding categories instead of being content with what they already got. The fact that this place serves dim sum day and night for the Chinese community and beyond in the Chicago area seven days a week without having people do too much other than just eat and enjoy is why I am giving it a 5 star. I will need to expand my dim sum horizon the next time I visit Chicago, but this place always has a place in my heart.

- Chilled jellyfish: excellent - Chinese broccoli: crunchy and delicious - Roast duck: good - Chicken feet: tender and flavorful - Sticky rice in lotus leaf: my favorite - Pan-fried turnip cake: decent - Pork feet: not great, a bit too sweet I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic dining experience.

We couldn't leave Chicago without getting some dim sum! Their dumplings and rice crepes were great, congee was one of the best I've had in the US. I just wish I had more room in my stomach to try more things. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely come again. This place is on the Michelin Guide for Chicago

Amazing Chinese food, great flavors, and something for everyone. My favorite is the pineapple chicken, which has fresh ginger. Good variety, Cantonese dishes as well as fresh seafood. Nice atmosphere and pretty decor. They gave us a tablet to order on, plus regular menus. They have a good ginger vodka cocktail.

One of the nicer and lesser-packed dim sum places in Chinatown.

I've never ordered any other food here besides dim sum, but why would you need to? It's delicious and a good value, especially if you come as a group.
