I visited Medi for a birthday dinner, and it was fantastic! The hummus was delicious, the dolma was freshly handmade, and the fattoush was delightful. The falafel was perfect, and the lamb kabob was the best I’ve ever had. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, the waitress surprised us with a wonderful dessert of ice cream and Lebanese cotton candy. The only thing I would have changed is the pita; fresh, warm pita straight from a taboon would have been a nice touch. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back!

This is definitely one of the finest Mediterranean restaurants. The food is incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

Came for restaurant week. Brunch is going to be gentrify any non-American food which I expected as much. Menu overpromises and uses culinary techniques to mislead customers into thinking that they would experience a perfect melding between American and Mediterranean cuisine ex: baklava French toast was toasted bread with green colored whipped cream cheese. Does not taste like pistachio. It's not French toast style nor uses French bread like a brioche. Shakshuka eggs were poorly poached and mezzes are average. If you're looking for a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine, I would say not here respectfully. Come for the ambiance and bring good company. You won't pay attention to the food then

Visiting Chicago and had a party of 4 on valentines nonetheless. Michelle our server absolutely crushed the service on most likely one of the most important restaurant nights for the industry. We always had water on the table, she was able to recommend amazing cocktails and dishes, and by the end we felt so special we may as well been besties!! The food was top tier standouts being the babaganoush and fattoush salad and presentation was fabulous!! I usually take pictures but it looked so good I forgot to. The next time I am in town I will be definitely coming back, and when my friends visit Chicago it will be my own top rec!! Thank you to the manager chase for coming over and making sure we were having an excellent time!! Till next time!
