What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This restaurant has a racist atmosphere with mostly Hispanic workers who are very rude, including the manager. The fries are consistently cold and soggy, as they are overcooked before being served. The morning shift employees are also very disrespectful, especially one woman who is consistently rude. Today was my last day here. I would recommend going to the Adams and Wabash location instead, as it is less troublesom... View all feedback.

The picture shows the River North location. I was at another Clark Street location. I love their Slushees!
For such a new construction and prime location, this McDonald's did not feel well looked after. Floors were dirty and the staff were having some trouble keeping up. However, the iced coffee I ordered met expectations. If they could get a few more staff members to help, this McDonalds could move from below average to above.
I needed to use the restroom and even though the manager was locking the doors when I walked up, he still let me in. I bought something just to not be a freeloader and gave it to a homeless man outside.
This McDonald's location has been very popular for years, and with good reason. In my experience, the staff and managers over the years have been thorough and professional with the public and each other. They kept the restaurant running well during the height of the pandemic, and monitor seating arrangements now that they allow guests to sit down. The food is well-prepared, and the staff make the effort to keep hot foods hot, and the cold foods cold.
