The customer service in the drive-thru was extremely rude. It’s not my fault those young ladies chose this career; they should learn some manners. Saying "Absolutely not" is unacceptable.
I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:20 for breakfast, and this is what they served me.
I had the worst experience with the drive-thru service at 2 AM. They closed the line without any announcement and left me waiting in silence. When I reached the window and tried to place my order, the young lady working there informed me that it wasn't their responsibility to let customers know when the line was closed, and her attitude was extremely unprofessional. They really need to reassess their staff and hire individuals who are willing to do their jobs properly.
I would give them a negative but i can't this McDonald's always mess up my order after always having to wait for long time for food and there's a cashier at nigh or evening that is always high and place smells like Mary Jane i dnt mind people smoking but do it on your time not working hour because they always mess up the orders one time i was there seem like a looney house they were all laffing at each other and acting like looney's
They always get my order wrong and when you address it to them they have a attitude about it like you ain't just spend your hard earned money, like if you don't like your job don't do it smh really bad for buisness I really believe McDonald's and most fast food restaurants are going to get taken over by robots because the people can't do shid.
