One of my top choices! The out-of-the-way location is definitely worth the visit. They serve outstanding steaks and offer some truly innovative dishes.
Sorry to say this place has lost its luster. I hope we caught them on a bad night, because this used to be a Chicago favorite of mine. First, the waiter forgot to place our app order so it came out 45 minutes later with our mains. Thank God the truffle lobster mac and cheese was still amazing because the chicken molé was so so and the burger was overdone an dry. The waiter did make up for things with a butter cake desert, which was appreciated. However, the experience was disappointing Step it up May Street. you used to be a 5 star raver!
I wanted to love this place but i just cant. Good food. Nice service too.
One of the city's hidden gems...the food cocktails were outstanding...
