The view from the bar was amazing,... read more I've been visiting Maillard Tavern for several years, typically stopping by two to three times a year for special occasions. The view from the bar was amazing, and the food was consistently excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating to everyone. I'm truly saddened to see it close. The atmosphere of the restaurant always felt welcoming and comfortable.

W... read more I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash for the first time, and it was amazing! We tried the classic and chorizo options, along with quesadillas and fries. While the bottom bun was a bit soggy, it was completely understandable since the burger was incredibly juicy! Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

The nachos only had nacho cheese sauce instead of real cheese, and the ingredients just didn’t seem to come together well. I wasn't a fan of the pozole or guacamole either.

I got the Maillard Old Fashioned, which was deli... read more We went to the Maillard Tavern for pre-dinner drinks a few weeks back and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I got the Maillard Old Fashioned, which was delicious, and my husband got the Bell's Two Hearted IPA, which is one of his favorites. During our time, we noticed how good the food looked, so we had to come back! Our assumption correct! The food at the Maillard Tavern was delicious! We went back for a dinner a few weeks later and loved our experience. I tried the Elderflower Martini my second time and thought it was perfect! Not too sweet and with a great citrus bite. My husband got another favorite, the Anti-Hero. The drink list is strong! For dinner, I got the Maillard Burger with fries and it was so scrumptious. The crisp onions mixed with the sweet/savory onion jam was a winning combination. The fries were also so so good. My husband got the grand and also thought it was decadent and stunning. Yum! Plus prices were reasonable, seating was accessible, and service was quick/friendly. It was a top notch experience. Our quick drink stop by has now turned into adding a new favorite to our list. Can't wait to return again soon!

T... read more Giving it 4 stars for ambiance, drinks, and service! We went on a Friday evening and had no trouble getting in. We sat by the bar and ordered food and drinks. The drinks were good and served fast. It got really crowded and service got slow, but nothing terrible. The burgers are OK, but nothing I'd rave about. Overall, a good bar/pub.
