Little Caesars Pizza - Chicago

I have pizza order online yesterday and if I was hot in the load my order was not ready why they send a code if order not ready plus atleast when they gonba kerp ppl wait for the time to give cracker from the rest plus pizza was cold

Very dissatisfied with my order. This took place in August via Door Dash. I ordered for very large thin crust pizza with peppers and pineapple. When the order finally arrived I know it was my order because hardly would anyone order this flavor. My pizza was extremely soggy and not one piece was crunchy for anyone of us at dinner table. It wasn't the very large size but a size smaller than what I ordered. I didn't call in to complain because I was running under time constraint. Yeah it was very soggy, it ruined the whole experience of being excited to get Hawaiian that time. So today we passed by Little Caesar's twice but we decided to go somewhere else because of that experience last month.

I hate that you have to roll the dices with this location. The only thing they are pretty consistent with is their wings. Bread sticks never look like the picture lol. Pizza is hit or miss. But they are better than other locations.

This place ALWAYS runs out of everything! I went a couple weeks ago at 4:45pm and they said they were not taking any more orders because they were out of ingredients to make more pizza. And they are supposed to be open until 8 or 9. I went another time after that, same thing. Like if you know how many pizzas you sell why don't you have more pizzas or ingredients or w.e. in stock and ready to go. Bad for business and bad for consumers as well. Now I've had to find another location even though this is the closest one to my house. SAD

No bad service was fast, but then again I called inwouldn not recommend too latebunch of crack heads from idepizza 10/10
