The custard here is fantastic! I tried the grasshopper flavor, and it was incredibly refreshing.

As a frequent visitor from Europe, I absolutely love this place in Chicago. It offers the best frozen custard I’ve found in the United States, which is a real treat for someone who is addicted to ice cream!

I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from this place. It took around 90 minutes to receive just two milkshakes. They mistakenly allowed someone who wasn't the delivery driver to pick up the order, then called us to let us know and had to remake it. The GrubHub driver was extremely slow, and by the time he arrived at my place, everything was melted. I understand the driver isn’t directly affiliated with Lickity Split, but according to their website, GrubHub and PostMates are the only delivery options available. To make matters worse, one of the shakes was made incorrectly. You're much better off going in person; at least you'll get your order in a reasonable time. It seems like they don't really understand how delivery should work.

Girl that works there for my order wrong and when asked if they had apple ice cream I was told no and the customer behind me ordered apple 8ce cream and was given apple ice cream . Was this discrimination???
