We had the breakfast buffet. Overall it was good, but if you are vegetarian, it is not the same amount of food as others can eat. I would have expected better for this price.
Beautiful atmosphere and surroundings. Good choices in the menu and at reasonable prices. Staff very attentive
My family and I visited this restaurant as it is in the Hyatt lobby, we were there. We regret it right away. The service was bad, the time for food was exaggerated, and the quality of food compared to the value was bad. Example. The cheese pizza for my youngest son costs $19 and the pizza of seven eleven tastes much better. In the end, based on everything, we would have gone better to the other surrounding restaurants. Avoid this place
Diners at this restaurant had mixed experiences, with some tables receiving slow service and less-than-fresh food, while others praised the attentive staff and delicious dishes. The menu received mixed reviews, with some diners being pleased with the variety and taste of the food, while others were disappointed in the lack of options. The restaurant's ambiance and location were highlighted as positives, with many guests enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, diners had varying experiences, making this restaurant a bit of a mixed bag for those looking for a dining option in the area.

Great service food and drinks nice cozy chill atmosphere. I would put more TVs through out the area
The food was amazing! We went for a birthday sister brunch, and it was so quite because we all were so in love with the food!
The service was fast and the chicken gyro was delicious. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal.
1. The service did not match the quality of the food. 2. The person who brought our meals from the kitchen to the table was the friendliest staff member we interacted with. 3. I was charged sales tax on a Groupon purchase paid in cash, but did not receive a receipt or my change, even after tipping the server. 4. If you choose to dine here, be aware that using a Groupon may result in subpar service that could be frustrating or annoying, considering you've already paid for the meal in advance.

Nice people, very good service. But location just part of corridor where everyone is walking from exit to elevators.
If you stop for a drink, I highly recommend that Donny make you his (should be) famous chocolate Martini. He's great and the Martin is the best.
The food was GREAT. I got the chicken a s waffles and my husband got the chorizo bowl. Good service.
I had a Wild Farmhouse Ale. Very nice, refreshing. I had a bowl of excellent chicken tortilla soup and rather delicate but tasty crab cakes. My food came out quickly with a smile. The surroundings are elegant and quiet. My server was attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back.

We went for dinner , we ordered salmon steak and soap.Unfortunately both plates were not fresh and most probably heated up before brining(not freshly cooked )We didn’t finish the plates and left it as we receivedPlus point , the service was good and the waiter was very nice
My husband was in patient at Northwestern Hospital and I stopped here to get some pancakes for breakfast. He wanted comfort food, and the pancakes plus perfect, above and beyond service was just what the doctor ordered.
I love the crispy furikake calamari and deep dish pizza. You definitely should check out their food if you’re staying at the hotel.
Great atmosphere and location. Friendly waitstaff. The location:This restaurant/lounge is located on the second floor per its namesake. ; I made the mistake of trying to enter on St Clair St, but you should enter on Erie under the Hyatt Centric sign. When you enter the lobby on Erie street, you take the elevator to the second floor and turn left. You will see some seating areas and a bar. The tables have a QR code so you can view the menu. The staff:The staff members I interacted with seemed happy and focused on doing their job well. The food:Crispy Baby Furikake Calamari with Plum Sauce:I enjoyed this dish. I love calamari and plum sauce which adds a sweet and tangy flavor to the salty calamari.PizzaI had a slice of the cheese pizza which was good. The cheese on it was flavorful, and the crust was not too thick or too thin. Was it my favorite pizza ever? No but my favorite is traditional style from Naples. For a chicago pizza, I would eat this again. The other two options were veggie or pork, sausage, bacon and pepperoni.Short rib quesadilla with sides of salsa, crema, cilantro, and limeThis was my favorite! The short rib was flavorful but then adding the toppings made this absolutely delicious. I would come back just for this.Dessert:Puff pastry with chocolate, caramel filled chocolate, cheesecake on shortbread, and fresh berries. This was good. I wish I had tasted the mousse on shortbread as well, because I love mousse, but the cheesecake was fine. The puff pastry was my favoriteDrink:I asked for a nonalcoholic drink and the bartender offered a ginger and lime. This was great. I love ginger, and the lime made it feel like a mocktail. Not too sweet either :

A Great Guy took me on our first date here..wonderful atmosphere! amazing food! 10/10!! Highly Recommended!
The staff...wonderful! The breakfast buffet is 5 star, the dinner is a 3 star (limited selection, not to to standard)
It was very intimate and the food was wonderful. A little higher price but we were downtown for a special occasion!
Came in for a late dinner when we got into town. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about beer selection. We split the buffalo wings, the Caesar salad, and a side of brussel sprouts. The Caesar salad comes with anchovies, which my husband loves. The buffalo wings and brussel sprouts were also outstanding.

If you are staying at the Hyatt Centric Mag Mile or just looking for a great breakfast experience, go to Level 2. The best part- Karina and Joel!! These two are all about service and consistently go above and beyond to make sure your meal and time with them is perfect. Even if you are just walking by, they greet you with a smile. Love starting my day with these two.
