The only recommendation would be to make the brunch menu more extensive and liven up the atmosphere with some up beat music. It was a bit too quiet, you could almost snooze off at the table
The food was very flavorful and appealing. My husband remarked that the hash browns were the best he'd ever had. However the drinks were disappointing. My mimosas were room temperature and my husband's bloddy Mary was overshadowed by the taste of cucumbers
Sorry that they didn’t have brunch menu anymore but food and service still excellent
Disappointed they advertise brunch but no longer serve it. But the have decent mimosas

We had 1.5 hours to dine, so we had looked on line in advance and decided what to eat, so we could order right as we sat down. We were astonished that the menu on line is not at all the menu they have available at the restaurant, with FAR fewer choices. We told the waiter what time we had to be finished eating to make it to our meeting. So we ordered drinks hummus right away, while we looked at their actual real menu. The hummus was served 25 minutes after we ordered it! The hummus was very good and a beautiful presentation, but 25 minutes to be served is not acceptable. Two of the 4 drink requests had issues: they were out of Proseco, and the wrong draft beer was delivered to the table. Of the 4 dinners, 2 liked their food, and 2 left most of it on their plate. All of us ate very quickly because it took so long for all of our food to come out. The restaurant was mostly empty, but still we could not get our waiter's attention to bring our check.
My family and I visited this restaurant since it is in the lobby of the Hyatt, we were staying at. We regretted it immediately. The service was poor, the time for food was excessive, and the quality of the food compared to the value was poor. Example. The cheese pizza for my youngest son cost $19 and the pizza from seven eleven tastes better for a lot less. In the end, based on everything, we would have been better going to the other surrounding restaurants. Avoid this place
Thoroughly enjoyed brunch over Memorial Day weekend; food and service superb Took advantage of a Living Social special; did the job because we had never been there, but will be back again. Nice selection of entrees and the drink menu offered a variety of unique specialty drinks for a reasonable cost. Thank you!
The wait staff was very attentive, polite, and quick! The ambiance was very nice and everyone was quite comfortable! The food service went very quickly and all the meals were enjoyed by all. Overall a great experience :

This is based on the Chicken Alfredo which was rather good and filled me up and the thia chili wings my wife got. She said she really liked them. The service was good and the whole experience was good. I was not thrilled that we needed to eat at the restaurant in order to get $15 of our hotel fees back. The price is a little high for the food you get.
I had a Wild Farmhouse Ale. Very nice, refreshing. I had a bowl of excellent chicken tortilla soup and rather delicate but tasty crab cakes. My food came out quickly with a smile. The surroundings are elegant and quiet. My server was attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back.
Overall satisfied with the Restaurant Week menu the salmon was especially flavorful and the apple dessert was delicious. However, prices are a bit expensive on the regular dining menu $15 for a Caesar salad?? . I would likely skip dinner and only come for happy hour.
The food was GREAT. I got the chicken a s waffles and my husband got the chorizo bowl. Good service.

We went for dinner , we ordered salmon steak and soap.Unfortunately both plates were not fresh and most probably heated up before brining(not freshly cooked )We didn’t finish the plates and left it as we receivedPlus point , the service was good and the waiter was very nice
My husband was in patient at Northwestern Hospital and I stopped here to get some pancakes for breakfast. He wanted comfort food, and the pancakes plus perfect, above and beyond service was just what the doctor ordered.
I love the crispy furikake calamari and deep dish pizza. You definitely should check out their food if you’re staying at the hotel.
Great atmosphere and location. Friendly waitstaff. The location:This restaurant/lounge is located on the second floor per its namesake. ; I made the mistake of trying to enter on St Clair St, but you should enter on Erie under the Hyatt Centric sign. When you enter the lobby on Erie street, you take the elevator to the second floor and turn left. You will see some seating areas and a bar. The tables have a QR code so you can view the menu. The staff:The staff members I interacted with seemed happy and focused on doing their job well. The food:Crispy Baby Furikake Calamari with Plum Sauce:I enjoyed this dish. I love calamari and plum sauce which adds a sweet and tangy flavor to the salty calamari.PizzaI had a slice of the cheese pizza which was good. The cheese on it was flavorful, and the crust was not too thick or too thin. Was it my favorite pizza ever? No but my favorite is traditional style from Naples. For a chicago pizza, I would eat this again. The other two options were veggie or pork, sausage, bacon and pepperoni.Short rib quesadilla with sides of salsa, crema, cilantro, and limeThis was my favorite! The short rib was flavorful but then adding the toppings made this absolutely delicious. I would come back just for this.Dessert:Puff pastry with chocolate, caramel filled chocolate, cheesecake on shortbread, and fresh berries. This was good. I wish I had tasted the mousse on shortbread as well, because I love mousse, but the cheesecake was fine. The puff pastry was my favoriteDrink:I asked for a nonalcoholic drink and the bartender offered a ginger and lime. This was great. I love ginger, and the lime made it feel like a mocktail. Not too sweet either :

The staff...wonderful! The breakfast buffet is 5 star, the dinner is a 3 star (limited selection, not to to standard)
It was very intimate and the food was wonderful. A little higher price but we were downtown for a special occasion!
Came in for a late dinner when we got into town. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about beer selection. We split the buffalo wings, the Caesar salad, and a side of brussel sprouts. The Caesar salad comes with anchovies, which my husband loves. The buffalo wings and brussel sprouts were also outstanding.
A Great Guy took me on our first date here..wonderful atmosphere! amazing food! 10/10!! Highly Recommended!

While we didn’t get to have a meal here, the drinks made a quick stop worth while. The bar tenders were extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I enjoyed a dirty martini, and my significant other called his old fashioned the best he had ever been served.
If you are staying at the Hyatt Centric Mag Mile or just looking for a great breakfast experience, go to Level 2. The best part- Karina and Joel!! These two are all about service and consistently go above and beyond to make sure your meal and time with them is perfect. Even if you are just walking by, they greet you with a smile. Love starting my day with these two.
