Some complained about the lackluster service, with waiters forgetting orders and not providing adequate explanations about the menu. However, others praised the food quality, highlighting dishes like polenta, pineapple aguachile, and sweet potato. One reviewer enjoyed their birthday dinner, particularly highlighting the chicken enchiladas and carne asada. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was described as warm and inviting, with one customer mentioning a culinary adventure at the establishment. The bar service was also commended for great cocktails and delicious Mezcal. Despite some shortcomings in service, the restaurant appears to offer a unique dining experience for those willing to overlook minor inconveniences.
Phenomenal meal, menu, and concept for wood fire grilled seafood lovers, from The Master RB.
I've tried a couple of Rick Bayless restaurants, and I'd have to say this one is the best one, solely because of the striped bass.
Ambiance is bustling and vibrantit was loud inside but you could still carry a conversationJust off of the green line.
Fajita de Pollo was delicious and the rice was surprisingly tasty.
I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner.
