**A Mixed Experience at the Local Restaurant: Culinary Hits and Service Misses**
Recent visits to this restaurant revealed a stark contrast between culinary excellence and disheartening service. While many diners praised the flavorful dishes—especially the highly recommended tortas ahogadas—concerns arose regarding the high prices and inconsistent service quality. Patrons reported long waits for food and drinks, coupled with unprofessional attitudes from staff. Some noted an unpleasant odor lingering in the air, detracting from the overall experience. Although the food has potential and some aspects have improved after renovations, customer service remains a critical area needing attention. For now, guests are left with mixed feelings and hesitant recommendations.

The hot loche took me back to my days in Guadalajara. The Rusa squirt is delicious. Rating for the food: 5/5.
The Sopes and Milanesa were excellent, but I ordered some French fries that were burnt to a crisp. Overall, the service was decent.
The food was great. normally go to Jaliscos on Cicero, but food much better here. Prices also a lot more reasonable for taco dinner. The servers are very friendly. My new favorite Mexican place
This place is delicious. The service is good the only reason why I gave it four stars is because if you ask for anything even a piece of lime because the one they initially gave you was hard they will charge you. They charge if you want extra sauce or limes that usually comes with the the meal. Other than that it’s yummy ?
