I have been ordering from La Villa for over ten years and I never have experienced this awful service. After waiting over an hour and a half their driver calls me and says they are outside. When I go outside they’re not there. Apparently the lady who took my order sent it to the wrong address and they said they would make me another pizza and send it right away. I can't believe I didn't know about this place before! They serve delicious classic Chicago Italian food. For just $24, you get a generous portion of pasta or meat, along with salad, soup, and bread for the table. They have a great selection of wines to choose from. The service is friendly and fun, and the atmosphere has a family vibe. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. They offer vegetarian options like eggplant parm and cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. The noise level is just right for kids, and they offer kid-friendly foods like pizza and spaghetti. They also accommodate dietary restrictions with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
On 7/29, if I could give this restaurant a rating of 10, I would. This was definitely the best customer service experience I have ever had. Fatima, our waitress, was excellent, as well as the hostess and the rest of the staff. We ordered the popular Chicken Vesuvio, fried calamari, and lasagna, all of which were generous portions. The meal also included soup, salad, fresh French focaccia bread, and crackers. Everything was top-notch. The pomegranate martini is a must-try. This place is perfect for a family dinner, date night, or celebration. It is a lovely establishment with live entertainment.
La Villa has been a favorite for many years. The food is always fantastic!! I promise you will not leave hungry. They go above and beyond to make sure all their guests are well taken care of. Saturday evening there often live music, which adds such a fun atmosphere and makes it a great date night location. Their pizza is great, my favorite is the veggie thin crust! The restaurant is also very family friendly. Highly recommend giving La Villa a try, it will become one of your favorites as well.

What an excellent carry-out experience! Their curbside service is top-notch, and their workers are swift on the job and also very kind. Got home to find the best packaging job I’ve ever seen, hands down. Wrapped nicely to prevent spillage and double wrapped in foil to keep it warm. And then there’s the food- chicken a la villa and Vesuvio are incredible. Have yet to try a dish we don’t like. Lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood.
