Awful customer service. It feels like they think they're doing you a favor when you're the one paying for the experience. They need to be more attentive and polite, both over the phone and in person.

The staff at the restaurant can be quite unfriendly. It’s surprising that they work there if they don’t enjoy taking customers' orders. They often seem disinterested and unwelcoming. It would be great if they could improve their customer service.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff consistently displayed a negative attitude, and it affected every interaction I had. After today, I won’t be coming back. It seems like they either don’t know how to prepare fresas con crema properly or have been taught incorrectly. What I received was more like whipped cream than crema. Typically, the cup isn't filled all the way with strawberries, but this time, I could barely see any strawberries—definitely not even 25% of the cup was filled with them. It felt extremely light, mostly because it was just whipped cream.

Great place, Great desserts, Great customer service. But parking is bad for this little strip mall. Park on the street to avoid headaches.

Very bad Customer Service . I been there couple times but I will no longer be returning. I am tired of the workers looking unhappy to take care of the orders. I was thinking maybe they was having a bad day but I came to a conclusion this one lady just like that. When I have gone it’s empty of customers and when I walk in this lady gives me a vibe of she mad or annoyed that someone walk in. Like she don’t even want to work. Then when she asks if we want something else she gets mad that we still want more stuff. The last time I went I order a corn in a cup ? it was more water then corn it look like I was eating a soup. I hope this lady changes her way of being because she really messing up the vibe to even want to order stuff or go there. I regret not knowing her name so maybe they can let her know what she doing.
