Terrible Customer Service. It seems like they are doing you a favor, when you are paying for it. They should be more attentive and cordial. By phone and in person.

The girls that work there are really rude like why work there if you don’t like taking customers orders.. always mean muggin. They need to upgrade.

Not great customer service. The workers always have a bad attitude and nasty face with every single order they make. After today I am not returning. Either your workers don’t know how to make fresas con crema or this place taught them wrong. What is this?! This was more like whipped cream than crema. And I know most of the time they don’t fill the cup with fresas but when I tell you not even 25% of the cup was fresas and it was so lightweight from it being all WHIPPED CREAM.

Great place, Great desserts, Great customer service. But parking is bad for this little strip mall. Park on the street to avoid headaches.

Very bad Customer Service . I been there couple times but I will no longer be returning. I am tired of the workers looking unhappy to take care of the orders. I was thinking maybe they was having a bad day but I came to a conclusion this one lady just like that. When I have gone it’s empty of customers and when I walk in this lady gives me a vibe of she mad or annoyed that someone walk in. Like she don’t even want to work. Then when she asks if we want something else she gets mad that we still want more stuff. The last time I went I order a corn in a cup ? it was more water then corn it look like I was eating a soup. I hope this lady changes her way of being because she really messing up the vibe to even want to order stuff or go there. I regret not knowing her name so maybe they can let her know what she doing.
