We used to live near Rollapalooza (their other location) and it was our favorite spot, where we became regulars almost weekly. After moving further southwest, we couldn't find anything that measured up to it. Tonight, we randomly decided to visit Komorebi, completely unaware that it was another gem from Sushi Chef Owner Eric! The moment we walked in, I recognized the Christmas tree as the same one from Rollapalooza, which I've always loved. To our delight, when we opened the menu, we found all our Rollapalooza favorites along with many other great options. There are so many excellent choices, but the Tequila roll remains my favorite. I truly love this place. Bravo, Chef Eric!

Despite not dining in at the restaurant, the sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious. The care and attention that went into crafting each piece of sushi was evident, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I especially appreciated how the sushi was packaged with care, ensuring that it remained fresh and intact during transport. The ginger was also exceptional. It was thinly sliced and had just the right amount of zing, adding the perfect touch to each piece of sushi. Overall, I highly recommend Komorebi Sushi for takeout. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, the quality of the food was still top-notch. I can't wait to order from them again and try more of their delicious offerings.
