Tried this out on a whim. Very good food. Kind service. Menu instructions made it easy to order (I was not familiar with Korean style food so I appreciated this). Fun, casual atmosphere. I love that this place is only in Chicago for now. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Terrible service. waited a long time to get food. giving out wrong orders, wont help us fix anything. thanks.
The food is tasty, fairly priced, and ready promptly. The problem is they have a tendency to burn the proteins. You can see it in other reviewers photos as well. They could fix this by using a lower heat and being very attentive to the proteins. I would prefer to have my food served without or with the minimum amount of cancer causing burnt food. Fire Chicken is seasoned nicely, and oh what a kick — just the right amount of heat!
