Kfc
Description
KFC is struggling to meet expectations, with recent visits revealing disappointing food quality and service. Diners report dry, bland chicken, unappetizing tenders, and unsatisfactory plant-based options. Many have encountered issues such as incorrect orders and a dirty environment, contributing to a lackluster dining experience. Furthermore, attempts to voice concerns often go unanswered, leaving customers frustrated. While some find the food acceptable, the overall sentiment points to a need for improvement in flavor, cleanliness, and customer service. As it stands, KFC risks tarnishing its reputation and legacy, leaving patrons questioning whether to return.

I stopped by for dinner at 6 PM and was disappointed to find that they were out of whole wings. Instead, I ordered the 12-piece tender meal for $34.99. I should have refused the order when I saw that the 12 tenders were packaged in a biscuit box. The biscuits were as hard as bricks, and the tenders were nothing but broken pieces—also very hard and stale-tasting. I tried to call to voice my complaint, but the phone rang for 8 minutes without an answer. This is absolutely the worst KFC I've ever experienced. The Colonel would surely not want his name associated with this place. It's a total disgrace. I want my money back!
This is the worst KFC on the west side. Every time I place an order, something is wrong. The cookies are overcooked and as hard as a brick. I really don’t know what they are doing in that kitchen.
I'm not sure what is happening with KFC, but I had a two-piece meal on Monday, June 27, and it was incredibly dry. It felt like it was cooked in something other than oil. There was barely any seasoning—just a bit of salt and pepper. Whatever happened to the 11 herbs and spices? It was disappointing.
