After placing an order online, I went to the drive-thru to pick it up, only to be told that I couldn't collect my order that way. I explained that I was feeling unwell and didn’t want to go inside, which is why I chose to order through the app. Unfortunately, I was told that was not their concern. This KFC has consistently disappointed me—each of my three visits ended with me having to leave without my meal and contacting customer service instead. It's outrageous how many KFC policies this franchisee seems to be disregarding. I strongly advise against visiting this store; the management is terrible.

I even reminded them at the window when I paid, but still nothing was done. This was the worst experience I've ever had with KFC, and if I could get a refund for my order today, I would. They deserve a zero-star rating from me.
