I always receive my orders quickly; I’ve never waited more than five minutes when I’ve ordered in person, and my orders are always ready when I call ahead. I’ve never encountered any mistakes with my orders. As for being child-friendly, it’s not specifically focused on that, but it’s also not an environment crowded with children. Parking is straightforward, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible from both sides... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The service was terrible. The staff was rude when taking my order, and when I asked for a fork for my mac and potatoes, the server claimed it was in the plastic bag, but it wasn’t. After an eye roll, they finally gave me two forks, but only two staff members were friendly. When I inquired about the restroom, they didn’t provide clear directions and laughed as if it were normal to leave customers confused about where... View all feedback.

Later, I encountered another employee, who may or may not have been a manager. My family had experienced her yelling at customers who were trying to open the bathroom door, so we assumed we just needed to push harder. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to ask if she could help. I inquired if a light would shine through the floor of the door if someone was inside, but she didn’t hear me and asked me to repeat the question. Instead, I thought it would be faster to just ask her to open the bathroom door. Her response shocked me again: “Yes, I have to open the bathroom door, but can’t you see I’m busy working?” At that point, I was furious. I told her to open the door and let my family know they could use the restroom. Afterwards, my family members told me they noticed throughout our meal that there was always a worker watching us, and one kept circling around to refill our drinks. This confirmed my suspicion that my Asian family and I were being racially discriminated against. I’m disgusted by what occurred. Having worked in the food industry myself, I am appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism at this establishment. I hope this review serves to protect others from the disrespect I experienced.
The restaurant staff seems completely unaware of the app or online specials. Instead of taking the time to read and understand them, they stubbornly stick to the specials displayed on the ordering board behind the counter. This became an issue when I inquired about an online promo for 8 pieces for $29.99. The employee insisted that it didn’t exist. When I showed her the app, she insisted that "either/or" meant not both, even though it was clear that the promotion applied to both options. The location on Irving Park had no trouble honoring the offer, so this experience felt rude and unhelpful. I won’t be returning.
I ordered two combo meals and some extra sides through Uber Eats. However, I only received one meal, no extra sides, and one drink—along with two straws. While Uber provided a refund, I was really hoping for lunch for myself and my daughter. I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue and spoke with Virginia, who claimed to be the manager as well as the person who packed my order. She blamed the error on the Uber driver, suggesting that he must have stolen my food, despite the fact that the bag clearly indicated it contained one meal and was completely sealed. It would have been better if they acknowledged their mistake instead of trying to shift the blame onto someone else.
