This is the only KFC that answer their phone when I called to inquire about the plant-based chicken nuggets. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and informed me that they had the nuggets. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered the 12-piece meal and was disappointed to find that there weren’t enough chicken pieces; they only included wings and legs. They also forgot to include the mac and cheese I ordered and the six cookies. The sauce wasn't authentic, and the heavy was just watered down. I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered the eight-piece chicken wings for $32.00 on April 12, 2022, but when I received them, they looked undercooked and unappetizing. I called to address the issue and was told they came from the distributor, which feels like a poor excuse considering the price of the meal. The supervisor eventually replaced my order, but they didn’t include the wings. It’s disappointing that the management allows such subpar chicken to be served to customers. I even took a picture of the unsatisfactory wings, which I plan to share on my social media.
I ordered an eight-piece Original Family Meal and a 12-piece wing. The woman on the speaker told me it would take 15 minutes for the Original. When I arrived at the window, she informed me it would actually take 18 minutes, as the cook was just starting to prepare it. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went inside only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. No one apologized for the long wait. The staff member who was assisting me was an African-American woman, heavyset with a short hairstyle. Unfortunately, she had an attitude towards me despite my patience as a customer. Overall, I waited about 50 minutes for my chicken when I was initially told it would only take 15 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this location and opting for the KFC on 103rd and Cicero instead. You might have to wait there too, but not for as long, and you will be treated with respect as a valued customer.

The prices are to high at this time, chicken was so bad looking,dry cold expensive, try to go somewhere else, no good food at all, we will never come back again
Could of been better as a manager in steak and shake also worked in others never rush someones order they always rush people to order then they forget things. I would of went to a better one but i was pregnant and hungry
