Dishes such as the Original Family Meal and mac and cheese were frequently mismatched or forgotten altogether, leaving several customers dissatisfied. Overall, while some diners left with positive impressions of customer service and food quality, many highlighted significant inconsistencies and recommended opting for more reliable alternatives like KFC for a better experience.

This is the only KFC that answer their phone when I called to inquire about the plant-based chicken nuggets. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and informed me that they had the nuggets. Upon arrival, the young lady at the window informed us of the wait time for the nuggets and she was very pleasant well. When the lady that brought us out our food, she remembered that we'd called. I appreciate the great customer service. I will be back for the nuggets!!!
Went through the drive thru, I had to ask for all my condiments and straw. I oredered 2 chicken tender meals and got 2 chicken pot pies. I had to drive all the way back and walked in and complained about drive through service. When I got in my car to drive away, I noticed I had to go back in for the condiments again!! Worst service, horrible management. Not even I am sorry for your 3rd inconvenience of the night.
Always come to this location for the Extra Crispy and my kiddos love it. The associates have always been courteous attentive and never got my order wrong truly appreciate that
I ordered the 12-piece meal and was disappointed to find that there weren’t enough chicken pieces; they only included wings and legs. They also forgot to include the mac and cheese I ordered and the six cookies. The sauce wasn't authentic, and the heavy was just watered down. I will not be ordering from them again. My family enjoys KFC, and this experience has only reinforced my preference for KFC. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
I ordered an eight-piece Original Family Meal and a 12-piece wing. The woman on the speaker told me it would take 15 minutes for the Original. When I arrived at the window, she informed me it would actually take 18 minutes, as the cook was just starting to prepare it. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went inside only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. No one apologized for the long wait. The staff member who was assisting me was an African-American woman, heavyset with a short hairstyle. Unfortunately, she had an attitude towards me despite my patience as a customer. Overall, I waited about 50 minutes for my chicken when I was initially told it would only take 15 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this location and opting for the KFC on 103rd and Cicero instead. You might have to wait there too, but not for as long, and you will be treated with respect as a valued customer.
