Baba ganoush had a slight spice with chunks of vegetables rather than the smooth dip I've had other places.

I've also tried the shish kabob which is great too : the rice is fluffy and tasty as well. You also get lentil soup, pita bread, and a side salad. One of my favorite places to eat!! Make sure you get the garlic sauce too, it's the best!

I always feel like Iam treated like family here!

Definitely the best restaurant near UIC and one of my favorite restaurants all together. Theowner is super sweet too and always is super attentive and even gave us baklava to take home and the time I came before that, hegave me a shawarma to take home. So incredibly sweet.
