Juicerx - Chicago
Juicerx
Description
This restaurant, known for its vibrant smoothies and acai bowls, delivers a mixed experience. While many patrons rave about the creative flavor combinations and fresh ingredients—particularly the Harlequin Monkey bowl—some have expressed concerns over hygiene and service inconsistencies. Reviews highlight delicious options, like the Macro Maca smoothie, but also mention issues like overpowering flavors and occasional expired juices. Despite the high prices and limited seating, the friendly staff and quality offerings make it a popular choice for health enthusiasts. Just be cautious about specific ingredients, as not all options are vegan-friendly.

I visited this restaurant today to try their fruit Alchemist, and I was very disappointed. The hygiene was not up to standard. The staff member picked up a bottle from the warmer for smoothies, and dirty water ended up contaminating my acai bowl. The other employee didn't seem concerned and continued with the preparation anyway. I definitely cannot recommend this place, and, to top it off, the food didn't even taste good. I feel like I wasted my money.
I had a fantastic breakfast experience! I have severe allergies, and I'm always cautious about what I eat. However, the juice I ordered was incredibly refreshing, and I'm happy to say it didn't upset my stomach at all. I'm really grateful for that. Thank you, JuiceRX! #closewithtiff2 #Chicago #RealtorLife #TiffanyWillis
I had an excellent açaí bowl with some truly creative options! The coffee was also very good. The service was fantastic—there was one guy working who was managing the responsibilities of three people! The only minor downside was that there was a bit of a wait (around 20-25 minutes), but the food definitely made it worth it.
Juice RX is awesome! Their juices are super fresh and flavorful, and the avocado toast is amazing — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and ingredients make it totally worth it. Highly recommend! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
I love love love this place. Their maca protein is my absolute favorite and I haven’t really been able to find anything like it anywhere else. I used to live on the block of this location and would stop by after yoga on the weekends. It is also a great place to visit after a long night out. The staff is very friendly and it is a must visit for me whenever I’m in town. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
