What User doesn't like about Jackson Tavern:
Burger was decent. Chicken and waffles not so much. I could accept the drizzled honey, but they should give the customer the option of confectioners sugar being added atop the chicken or not. This way I have the option to make the dish as savory and spicy as I would like and prefer. Once you top it with powered sugar, I can’t add hot sauce to my chicken. View all feedback.
Pork tacos were on point! The beans n rice were as enjoyable as the tacos. Great flavor. Decent beer selection and warm and inviting environment that matches the name.

Great place; great atmosphere. It's loud in there. If you don't like loud. Not the place for you, but it's fun and the food is amazing.

Music was a good volume. Very clean. Service was great. We only came in for a beer at about 4:00 on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. Good beer selection. Gave a very big sample for me to try a new beer.
