I'd suggest eating one and taking the other home for a later snack cause you might be very full.

The front of... read more I am a regular customer at Irazu and I often order delivery from them as well. After my recent experiences, I felt compelled to write this review. The front of house staff at the restaurant are consistently rude during my visits, as well as on the phone. A few weeks ago, I had a reservation through OpenTable and needed to make an adjustment. I called the restaurant for help since the app couldn't accommodate my request, but was met with unhelpful and unfriendly service. The same negative experience occurred during my most recent visit, with the host being unpleasant and dismissive. Despite the decent service and delicious food, the consistently unpleasant interactions with the staff have led me to decide to only order delivery from now on. The once favorite BYOB restaurant has unfortunately become a less enjoyable experience for me.
