Ipsento truly meets my coffee expectations. I tried an espresso on-site, and it was outstanding. They served their Cascade blend, and even as someone who typically prefers single origins, I found it delicious and it has opened my mind to blends. The atmosphere in the café was lively, and the staff were friendly and eager to engage in conversations about coffee.
Ipsento boasts an excellent selection of specialty lattes. The atmosphere is super cozy, and I particularly enjoy the window seats that overlook the 606 trailhead. If you're looking for a spot to study or work, there’s ample seating available.
