What Am Pm doesn't like about Gordo's Tiny Taco:
Service and atmosphere was good. The 3 stars is because I found the food was tasty. My workmate did not have the same experience . I agreed with his concerns with his food.We will try them again and see if the 2nd time is better View all feedback.
The food was outstanding, but I felt slightly put off by being treated as if I were just a “tourist.” In fact, I believe the opposite should be true—it's essential to warmly welcome visitors, especially since we came from out of town and specifically chose your restaurant among many options. It's vital to show appreciation to those who support your business. Your food is fantastic, so I hope you don’t let a sense of superiority diminish the overall experience. Perhaps that's why the place was rather quiet. Just my two cents.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great. However, both the drinks and food could use some improvement. The dishes were quite bland and needed more seasoning. I was taken aback by the small amount of meat in my taco; there was more cilantro and pico de gallo than anything else.
Wow! This restaurant is truly spectacular! We stumbled upon it while searching for a brunch place, and I'm so happy we did. The Mexican Benedict was extraordinary and exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend tried the chilaquiles and savored every single bite. The service was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. The atmosphere is both lively and relaxed. Additionally, I had the best refried beans I’ve ever tasted!
The service and atmosphere were nice. I gave it a rating of 3 stars because I enjoyed my meal, but my colleague had a different experience. I understand his concerns about his dish. We plan to give the restaurant another try and hope for a better experience on our next visit.
The food is enjoyable, but it doesn’t quite capture true authenticity. While they offer traditional dishes such as mole and cochinita pibil, the flavors lean towards an Americanized version. On the other hand, the chile relleno is outstanding. The location is fantastic, the ambiance is welcoming, and the service is impressive; the restaurant is well-staffed.
