**Service:** As mentioned above, it was lacking and seemed a bit confused.
**Food:** The sandwich was tasty, but I wish I had known the order included chips, salsa, and guacamole; I wouldn't have ordered additional chips.
**Ambiance:** It’s a deli with limited seating.
**Location:** Situated in the Loop.
**Parking:** Street parking, perhaps.
**Would I recommend it?** Maybe.
**Would I return?** Probably not—there are too many other options, and this experience certainly wasn’t memorable.

Placed an order at 10:30am for a 11:30am pickup, went to get my order, and I had to go up and ask at 11:40 where my order was. It took them another 10 minutes when they gave it to me, and didn't even apologize. View all feedback.
Omgoshhhh I love their sandwiches I always get the Sacramento. A little pricey for a sandwich but their ingredients are fresh

I used to have problems with the timing for online orders here, but since reopening after CV, everything has been really smooth. The food is delicious, especially the tortilla soup and chocolate chip cookies. The portions are generous for the wraps, sandwiches, and salads, and breakfast is also great. The staff here are excellent, and it's clear that the manager cares that the customers have a good experience. Very happy lately, given the convenience that I work in the building.
My office and I absoluety love Goodwins! It is our favorite sandwich shop and go-to lunch spot! Tom and his team have gone above and beyond in getting almost 30 plus orders done in a timely and organized fashion. The delivery is always so smooth and the drivers always ignite extra effort. If you are looking for an easy, fast, and reliable lunch spot with amazing menu options; Goodwin's is THE spot!
My favorite sandwich spot for lunch. Love that it's founder owned and operated as the guy whose name I always forget is there all the time. I've had a ton of the sandwiches and wraps and they've basically all been great. My favorite and my go-to is the San Carlos with no sour cream. It's a mole chicken wrap. I mean where else can you get a mole sandwich for lunch?! Love it. It's not overly filling and it's got a ton of unique flavor to it. Plus you get a side included and the chips/guac/salsa is a top notch option. It's so good. I go regularly.
