Was working an event that had ordered catering from here, Tom the owner personally came up to check on our event and make sure that we were happy with the food/the order was correct. As a vegetarian person, I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of veg options. Compared to other boxed sandwich lunches, this place definitely feels a cut above in terms of freshness and has some unique components. Only critique would be that the salad entrees could use some more of the quinoa/couscous/grain/etc to make it more fulfilling. Food: 5
If you haven’t been to Goodwins yet, you’re seriously missing out. It’s this hidden gem inside an office building, and honestly, walking in made my whole day better. The service was impeccable and super fast, but the food? Perfection. I got the Summer Salad and every single berry was perfectly ripe. They have two full pages of different salads—the variety is massive. I had it for lunch AND dinner and still have leftovers! I also tried the Macadamia Nut Marshmallow Coffee and it was so unique—nutty, sweet, and came with two vegan marshmallows that were actually yummy and fluffy. If you’re vegan, they have tons of bakery options for you, too. The Deals: $2 Muffin Days (wow, such a steal! Awesome Happy Hour specials The owner and his son are the hardest working people and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’m definitely making this my daily go-to spot—I can't wait to try every single drink on the menu. An absolutely delicious quick lunch while we were out exploring the city. A little tricky to find, because it’s in a big corporate building, but I’m glad we risked walking in and found it. Staff was super nice. Food was fresh and everything we’d hoped for. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The wraps and salads are quite good here. Lunchtime tends to get very crowded, but they manage to move through the lines quickly.
This is an excellent place for lunch. They serve a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I've sampled several of the salads, and they've all been quite tasty. They offer vegetarian and vegan selections, as well as salads with meat and shrimp. The line moves quickly even during peak lunch hours. It's conveniently located near the riverfront, making it a nice spot to enjoy your meal outdoors. There is also limited seating available inside and on the terrace of the building. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for lunch.
