That said, I don't recommend Freshii if you're visiting Chicago, try some of our pure veg*n places such as Chicago Diner, Karyn's, etc.

Falafels should be hot and crispy, but they were cold and chewing. When I complained, I was told they were coming. They gave me a packed salad bowl. It would have been good to lie and say that the Falafels would be hot. Later they offered to heat them in a microwave oven. Food was not worth the price and it was for simple bowl salad!

The food is always fresh and tasty, and the service is both quick and friendly. I particularly appreciate this location because of Jason, but the entire chain consistently delivers quality.

I’m not sure of the ma... read more The staff is consistently friendly, and the call-ahead service is excellent. My food or smoothie is always ready by the time I get there. I’m not sure of the main cashier's name, but he's a tattooed guy and is fantastic! He always remembers my order and is very knowledgeable.
